I recently upgraded from a ZBT-1 to ZBT-2, it’s incredible.

Grand standing from your high horse helps no one, and makes those of us that agree with the position seem like jackasses from association, so please refrain.

memes@lemmy.world•Proof that UK news journalists like to troll sometimes, too.English
6·16 days agoI’ve done some rescue work, and in my training I learned even fully conscious people can drown in water well below their neck level. They can freak out and go into shock, or get too confused to figure their way up, in some cases the sudden tempature change can cause a loss of consciousness immediately upon falling in. It’s rare, but it does happen, and in a world with 8 billion people it’s going to happen with some frequency.

I don’t necessarily think hero is the right word, but his actions are commendable, even if they largely had little effect.

2·24 days agoIt can be a barier to entry for new / non-technical users. In the past when I’ve worked with activism groups to setup secure comms Kleopatra has been difficult for people unfamiliar with encryption to figure out. It’s always good to lower the barrier to entry for these kinds if applications.
