43·13 days agoI feel like this is a pretty useless study, this is going to be entirely subjective what you prefer. Optionality gives a lot of upside, more than either extreme.
Personally I prefer being in the office, better for my focus, my likely (undergoing diagnosis) ADHD as fuck brain, but I also have dynamic work hours so I can simply avoid peak traffic.
That being said, if I was required to be in the office everyday at a set time e.g 9 to 5 I would fucking quit.

82·1 month agoI have had to do the termination not that long ago, it’s not that great for the other side either, thanking them for joining and not avoiding the meeting is mot insincere, it would be way more awkward if the employee would be avoiding the meeting

Yes, it makes it sound like it was scientists against an idiotic government and that the scientists didn’t have any hand in it, when in fact they did.

Utopia is so fucking good. Probably the closest to a flawless tv show
Chernobyl is great, but if you look into it’s basically retelling russian propaganda that this was individuals fault rather than a matter of when not if tragedy.
