“They’re literally relying on those who have been known to cause harm to carry out their death penalty, their execution,”
On the one hand, that’s kind of a selling point? On the other, the US as a society needs to grow up and recognize that the death penalty is a barbaric holdover from shit societies and has no place in the modern world.
Using smart lights as an alarm clock is a game changer. Fades on 10 minutes before my alarm, and lets me wake up slowly and drift in and out of sleep during that interim period. Only occasionally do I go all the way until my audio alarm, and this way is way more pleasant to wake up to.

I’ve taken to yelling “sudo” whenever Windows doesn’t let me do something. My wife insists it’s not helpful, but I gots to try.
I personally have Xubuntu on multiple machines (I think 3 currently?) And Ubuntu server with i3wm on a 4th.
Nah, if you’re on LTS, the recommended upgrade is at XX.04.1, which typically comes around July. And 22.04 doesn’t go end of life until April of 2027, so there’s no mad rush to upgrade if you’re happy.
