I love Bandcamp. It does not have much of a filter so I get to find small and under the radar artists.
Personally I buy 90% of my music either on Bandcamp or as a CD in my local store… rip it… throw it on Jellyfin for easy streamikg

Pi5 runs my reverse proxy and then all services run as docker containers on my battery stripped laptop I used in 2020.
The laptop mounts a raid5 HDD array that the pi5 maintains

It’s not a good clean way but if you get all your files off the system and reformat installing version N (intended for EU) then you get much less bloat and tracking by default and you also are allowed to kill edge,

And pirate. Steal anything they try and sell to you

Yes. Should have been something simple like “pay back every customer you fucked over the money they were robbed + how much that money would have made on the stock market since you stole it”

You would be surprised how many pirate due to lack of product.
Example I pirate anime as it airs. I do this for 3 reasons 1: as it airs lets me be in the discussion. 2: crunchyroll does not respect me as a customer enough for me to pay them to ruin the industry. And 3: a sense of ownership once I buy the BluRay of that season 6 to fucking 12 months after it’s done airing…

Issue is that the production is for server gear not consumer. So it’s U2 and other connectors rather than SATA.
Same goes for RAM it’s ECC and won’t work in normal consumer PCs (AMD has like unofficial support)

The last one I am actively paying for is YouTube premium. I don’t think there is a good alternative yet…
Either the alternative has critical features missing
Or they are not loud enough to have people crosspost to it

Yep cables only matter in terms of preference. Unless we are going so cheap it’s barely holding on
Honestly it’s been what… 8? Years since chrome could play HDR…
Firefox
Just make it work already… it kinda does on Linux if you enable experimental features just…do it
