Check out antiperspirant for your feet. The issue might be related to your feet sweating and creating dampness in your shoe your whole shift. Also ideally have two pairs of shoes to alternate for work.

For me it was “The Last Samurai” and Return of the King"
Checking pbone, eating food, looking for cord, checking pockets, enjoying the view, making sure mirrors are adjusted properly, adjusting chair, adjusting steering wheel. Could be any number of things.
I get it… I have a lot of filtered communities on the everything page. But i am sticking it out still. I only browse 30 min or so a day so it isn’t terrible. But also subscribing to the few communities with content i want to see regularly helps a lot as well.
I would saying trying new recipes to cook or bake. Everyone always appreciated something new and tasty to eat. Sitting and listening to music exclusively and actively hearing it rather than is being a source of background noise.
Wow this sounds awesome. I have to check this out.
Tombstone is still a great watch. Saw it within the last few years again.
Of more “recent” movies I would say Inception. From days when I was younger maybe TMNT II or Surf Ninjas
None that I know of. I don’t do much customizing or tinkering which is why I was confused when the issue started a few years ago. I did try to troubleshoot for a while by resetting or deleting various config files I could find and nothing helped so I just found an alternative file manager that does what I need.
Keep expectations low and your disappointment will not be as large.

I never stopped using Xfce. I try Gnome and KDe every other year or so to see if I like the feel of it and just am not into it. I do keep my set up really basic though. The only issue I have is I cannot right click in Thunar to bring up context menu without it hanging/freezing my entire system for a minute or so. Now I just use a different file manager.
Almost Any visual novel.
I would say unless you always want to do troubleshooting for this friend just stick him with windows. At some point it is up to the individual to be able to troubleshoot these issues using the Internet as the resource, but a lot of people just don’t want to mess with that. My own time is too limited to be on call for people.
