This is the way. There is a GParted distro that you can boot from a USB-drive that will allow you to move the partition and expand it to take up the free space Windows left.
You should first install GParted to familiarise yourself a little with how the GUI looks. It’s relatively simple, definitely simpler than parted, but it doesn’t hurt to have a look around before doing it live.
It’s also good to note that everything you do in GParted needs to be applied before it’s actually done. You “cannot” accidentally delete a whole partition without actually hitting an apply button.
I use IntelliJ for web development (switched from a Java based team to web based) and I don’t really notice any problems. Even with VSC and VS running simultaneously.
I don’t remember how it was in my previous team as I’ve walled of those memories and experiences for mental health.
I’ve found that Spotify goes “oh you listen exclusively to Scandinavian extreme metal? How about some American screamo OR the exact same stuff you’ve listened to already”, which is the polar opposite to what I want. YouTube music is just a huge mess for me.
Tidal however has reintroduced me to some great bands I had forgotten about and shown me some new ones which are Top Notch ™️

Here in Sweden you can cancel a subscription however you wish (as long as it’s within reason). You can send a company snail mail, email, go by their office, phone, text, whatever reasonably reaches them. They’re not allowed to pull the “Oh, buy you have to call [number which leads to an antichurn department]” or “please tell us why” (but of course they’re gonna try anyway. If it’s an online form you usually have a “I don’t want to disclose why”-reason).
I use Signal and refuse WhatsApp. However, my karate club uses Messenger to communicate, for example if you can’t show up one night.
My shihan asked if I could communicate with him over WhatsApp, which I declined. But I like the idea of being able to text him that I can’t show up, or if there are some changes needed to our website. Things which aren’t exactly sensitive.
I think the UI is perfect, it’s simple and intuitive. The fact that they removed support for SMS is a bummer, sure. I’ve had issues with notifications before, but I haven’t missed any in months. Facebook Messenger (which I’ve fully replaced with Signal) was however a puring pile of shit when it came to sending notifications in time - just like Teams and Ops Genie!
It definitely is not a joke - their inability and refusal to make themselves understood is a real problem.
The only solution is to boycott them all and dig out their countries and separate them from the rest of Europe (/s)
