My first was across my spine between my shoulder blades and the next two were small on the insides of my wrists. I don’t think either was overly painful. The only one that really hurt was the part of my side piece that crossed on to my stomach. Fuck that noise. Tbh, I don’t worry about whether I can cover them. No one has cared in years.
I’ve always been of the opinion that if you don’t vote, I don’t want to hear a word complaining about politics, but I’ve really reached my breaking point with that bullshit. We’ve seen it over and over again how ambivalence leads to things getting worse for a lot of people (often including the ambivalent ones). At this point, I’m just cutting people off immediately when they start up and I know they chose not to vote. Shut the fuck up. If it wasn’t important enough to go to the ballot box, it’s not important enough for me to listen.
And I want whoever came up with this idea to spontaneously combust, but neither of us is going to get what we want.

Me too. It’s easier to just stay on a schedule rather than ruin Monday (and sometimes Tuesday) by changing when I sleep on the weekends. Plus, my dog is also on a schedule and starts looking for snuggles at about 6.

Bad, in my experience. There’s not much of it anywhere I’ve been, so there’s not a lot of competition or authenticity. I live in a state with about 10 billion Mexican restaurants, most of which are run by actual Mexicans, though, so my standards might be skewed as far as what a normal amount of Mexican restaurants looks like.

That’s where I’m at. I moved back home after my divorce about 8 years ago and it’s been really nice. My mom and I have always been really close, and it’s nice to spend more time together as we get older. I’d rather pay rent to her and help with the bills than pay a landlord, too.
I tried to rewatch John Tucker Must Die as something to have on in the background the other night, and wooow did that not hold up. I only made it to where they give him estrogen (which is insane and terrible) and he starts acting like a stereotypical “girl on her period” before I bailed. So many of the movies targeted at teenagers and young adults in that era are so bad. They went all in on punching down, and the amount of rape and sexual assault is wild in retrospect.
I was ready to be insulted, but then I remembered that I bought a whole ass Steam Deck and I’ve pretty much used it as a Binding of Isaac machine.
Not necessarily. I’ve beat several thousand levels of a similar game (because I’ve trained my brain that playing it means it’s sleep time and now it knocks me out) and haven’t spent a dime.
