Thank you. Can you tell me how your app handles sync when one or both phones are offline and have mismatched content when one or both phones come online?

For me I’m ok with it. I think if it’s not past the noise threshold.

I doubt it. That fad came and went so fast. I can’t imagine the law changing much differently than the existing noise level laws.

I’m not sure anyone could read that as sarcasm. You gotta add a /s

Feb 16 2020 was the last day I stepped into an office. The first person to die of COVID in the USA was not far from my office and HR sent everyone home.
At the time, I had a 1 year old son and watched his first steps over a small phone screen. Listen to him say his first word though my headset at work. I fucking hated it.
After COVID, I watched my son grow up and experience everything. From the highs and lows. I love it.
The major downside is that WFH jobs are very few and I had to quit multiple jobs because of RTO policies. Today, I opened a business and just work as a contractor. Even though I don’t make as much, I wouldn’t change it for the world.

How come?

I miss my Zune. Best music player ever.

This temperature happens a lot in Taiwan and is also 100% humidity. It’s not comfortable.

Looks like I need to click the settings to be able to transfer the hotkey. Thanks everyone!!

Hey man, I got it to work. It’s incredibly fast and almost no lag.
The downside is the hot keys don’t transfer to the remote PC.
I use Anydesk for work and Rustdesk for personal and the lag is so bad. Also added the hot keys and super button doesn’t transfer to the remote computer.
I wish it wasn’t built on Wayland.

I used to have faith in humanity.

Ok, I was not successful in setting this up. It’s not as seamless as rustdesk or anydesk. After installing sunshine, it sorta drops you off on a browser without any instructions. After asking AI, I think I have that setup.
Then moving on into Fedora, I found the flatpak and installed the moonlight installer. Then launched the app and clicked the download, it finishes downloading and does nothing. No new app. No next steps. Just nothing.
So I gave up. I’m trying Remmina and trying RDP. Maybe it will be better, but I don’t have high hopes.

I actually want a distro that I don’t have to constantly fix.

I will try this right now.

First law of thermodynamics…
Sounds great! I think the only time I can think of when I would be away from the internet would be when I’m traveling and have no internet.
Last question. When you say you can only view, can’t edit, does that mean it saves the entire db on your phone? If not, is there a function that always syncs locally a specific folder or directory in case your internet is sloppy?
I guess I could just throw this on my proxmox and figure out all those answers myself. I appreciate you making this. Thank you.
