This describes both the Americans and the Chinese. But I guess you can pick the lesser threat based on your circumstances. The Chinese have been far more aggressive in my region so if I’m forces to choose, well the choice is clear.

If you’re playing 3DS games then there’s no point as emulation inherently adds input latency. The only benefits are if you’re not playing any games that hurt from that and you’d like to have better visuals. I got mine because I’m emulating other platforms too and running Windows games via GameNative was a game changer.

Are there even any games in the past decade that are available purely physical without DRM? You’re gonna be locked to digitally only on PC in any case so I have no idea what you’re on about.

To be fair, the primary means of earning points by that platform is to just search with Bing.

Libdirect has a list of alternative frontends that it can pick from. I’ve been using it to redirect xitter links so I found that helps when one goes down.

I’m not sure if we’re talking about the same sound as it’s so high pitched that most people older than me are unable to even hear it while people my age or younger can clearly identify it. If that’s supposed to be a warning system, it doesn’t seem very good?

I mean I’m personally a public transport kinda person. I live somewhere where a car is really just a status symbol since even the cheapest car costs at least roughly 90k USD and most people take public transport.

Not super into cars but is there even any reason other than environmental friendliness to get an EV? Where I’m from, EVs are all wildly expensive compared to their combustion peers and they all frankly look really ugly to me. The coil whine of the EVs also drive me crazy.

The Deck’s controls. The Steam Controller was a bit too drastic of a change for me. It’s great for games not designed for a controller but having no D-pad and only a single analog stick is a deal breaker for most people who get a controller to play games designed for controllers.

The problem is that it was easier to get people to move to Telegram since it had an abundance of features compared to WhatsApp which was compelling for the average person that doesn’t care about encryption. Signal doesn’t have any of these features that make it enticing for the person.

I think the New 3DS had the best implementation. The swappable backplate were cool and provided easy but child safe access to the batteries behind 2 normal Phillips screws.

Because the people that would or can switch would already switch after it’s been posted for the 1000th time. It’s not realistic because the vast majority of people simply don’t care. People hate windows updates enough as it is, to most average people this is good news.

They added mod support to MS Store/Game Pass games ages ago. If locking it down like that was their intention they would’ve never even done that to begin with.

They’re also much better for local party games. That’s essentially what my Switch has become.
