Homeowners who want to move in the future, or have roommates they want to move out in the future (children), should be okay with homes losing value or at least not increasing. My house has increased in value by 50% in five years with no improvements. That’s great, right? No, it just means I can’t move or downsize without increasing my mortgage.

Unless you’re writing something in the open source world, rarely does any code need comments at all.
It’s DND, usually a good thwacking or else some holy damage.
Seriously, private trackers work great, are free, and are simpler to use.
Don’t use public trackers.
Have you not heard of Home Assistant?

Where are we on this? No way we’re at the bottom of the trough yet.
That’s a common price for any entree at most restaurants in my state. Indian, Thai, American (burgers), Italian, etc. Fast casual and casual dining all have many items in that price range. Most want tips on top as well. There are many sandwiches I’m willing to spend $15 or more on.
I can get an entree and a Thai tea for under $10 as a lunch special at a small restaurant within walking distance. I live in the second largest city in my state which happens to be one giant sprawling suburb.
At least your rent is cheap compared to actual cities worth living in.
I’m mostly happy with Joplin. Happy enough I haven’t switch to anything else.
I spend more than that just for insurance for two. Actually using it costs far more. Strep? $250. Video call a random person when I’m in bed after puking my brains out? $100 for a five minute call where they tell me to drink water. Minor surgery? Thousands of dollars in bills sent between two months and two years after the surgery.
Looks like I’m going to use my work laptop browser a lot less.
“New tech”
Old tech, actually. From the 60s. It’s called high speed rail.
DNS ad blocker. My network setup is more complex than I can understand and if I set up AdGuard/PiHole I have issues.
Most folds show movies at the same size as regular, non folding phones. That’s not a valid use case unless you’re streaming a 4:3 ratio video from the 30s.
