I, well didn’t remove my headrest, but may as well have. It’s at a crazy aggressive angle that is not comfortable at all, so I took it off and spun it around backwards. Now it might as well not be there, I’ve thought about taking in off and leaving it in the back seat or something but that seemed weird so I just leave it backwards now. Also, no car seems to be designed with decent posture in mind at all, sitting up straight I hit my head on the ceiling of just about every car, and I am not a tall man at 5’9".
The headrest isn’t really there for your comfort, it’s to prevent you becoming a PEZ dispenser in the event of a collision. You really should put it back. I’m 5’ zip, every seat I sit in is uncomfortable, but that’s not the priority here.

It’s not a headrest. It’s whiplash protection.

This is the best graphical description I’ve read in a long time 😂
