accounts.google.com/gsi/*
blocks the “sign in with Google” popupsNo, I do not want to sign into pornhub with my Google account
See, I solved this rather easily by only allowing scripts from Google on YouTube, and nowhere else.
I didn’t realize filters worked that way, thank you!
www.youtube.com#
hides Shorts from the YT Subscriptions page, very useful if like me you don’t care about those.Outside of that I strongly recommend checking out uBlock’s medium mode for anyone who wants a much stronger non-filterlist dependant protection at the cost of minor inconvenience.
Filter to block posts by keyword in lemmyUI
lemmy.world##article.row:has-text(/word1|word2|word3|word4/i)
Change lemmy.world to whatever your instance is and the words to whatever topics you don’t want to see.
Or consider moving to Piefed, which besides being better software in general and not developed by a transphobic tankie also allows you to filter posts with keywords you choose, either making them less visible or hidden completely.
If you ever come across a page you want to read that’s on a fandom wiki, this github has a blocklist that makes the site far less bloated and more bearable
Also, if you do use Twitter, these hide the Subscribe to premium popup as well as the Now Trending sidebar.
x.com##*[aria-label="Timeline: Trending now"]
x.com##*[aria-label="Subscribe to Premium"]
I blocked Fandom entirely because they’re scummy.
